Eric PERRAUDIN

Architect – Project Leader

A graduate of the Belleville School of Architecture in 1996, Eric completed his training with several practices including Gilson Architects in Paris and the internationally renowned Ricardo Bofill.

After helping to launch PCA, he undertook several retrofit projects on Parisian historical buildings with a variety of briefs and scales, including the Kvadrat showroom and housing on the rue des Saints Pères, prestige offices at the 103 rue de Grenelle, and several of Starbucks’ first cafés across the city.

As a freelance architect Eric won the IDF wood trophies in 2007 with his design of a timber apartment building in Montreuil Eric first joined the ArtBuild team to follow site works on various Carré 92 business park projects in Gennevilliers and since 2007 has helped the Paris office with the design and construction of timber buildings including, Opalia for the DCPA, Kibori in Nantes, and Odysee for Renault at their Technocentre.

Eric has also helped obtain planning for dozens of photovoltaic solar farms in the south of France.
