Architect - Senior Project Leader

Born in Belgium, a graduate of the ISAVH (Institut Supérieur d'Architecture Victor Horta), Kervyn did his civil service in Morocco with Michel Pinseau, working directly on the development of ambitious projects in Rabat, Casablanca and Marrakech.

Returning to Belgium in 1990, Kervyn joined Henri Montois and continued to supervise and manage large scale projects such as the Luxembourg Embassy in Brussels, the Avenue Ernestine Residential Complex in Ixelles, and feasibility studies for a business centre/hotel complex on the Zaventem Airport site.

Kervyn joined ArtBuild in 1999 as part of the development of the IEK Clearstream Project in the Luxembourg office, in association with architects H. Montois. This penetration into the Luxembourg market continued with large scale Projects such as K2 (a six-building office campus), the Office Project in Leudelange and the KAD Project for the EP.

The year 2013 saw work shift to Toulouse for the Blagnac project and to Paris for the construction of the timber Opalia office building.

Kervyn’s national and international career path has been based on the fundamental humanistic and holistic values that he has garnered and fundamentally conveyed through the diversity of projects but also thanks to the many rich encounters established throughout his professional career.
