Caterina PARODI

Architect

Caterina studied architecture in Genoa, Italy, wrapping up her degree with research into how we perceive space in virtual reality — a subject put into practice during a Summer School at the Architectural Association in London.

After graduating, she worked in Milan on projects right in the heart of the city, mixing restoration with restructuring.

Caterina moved to Paris in 2017, where she's continued working on projects that matter to the city, balancing architectural ambition with urban issues, an example being the École de Physique et Chimie Industrielle in Paris. Along the way, she's developed a real interest in timber construction, particularly wood-hemp hybrid builds.

But it's at ArtBuild that she found her current focus: healthcare design, driven by a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of patients and caregivers alike.
